  • Place all ingredients in a jar(make sure you have a little mixing room about 3 inches, seal lid tight and shake well. Its done. chill for best results, mixture will thicken in refrigerator. Shake well before using, enjoy. In my house i double sometime triple the recipe. It last long in refrigerator.

  1. This was lovely, thanks Penny. I only used 1/4 cup onion and was glad I did. I was afraid the ketchup would be too prevalent, so I added a squirt of mustard and a shake of garlic powder. I do dressings in my food processor, this way, after combining all the ingredients, I add the oil in a thin stream while it is running. This emulsifies it...it thickens immediately and doesn't separate in the fridge. Delicious and beautifully red!
