Full of color and flavor plus quick to make, this was a one-dish meal for us. I made 1/2 the recipe exactly as written and we both cleaned our plates. Thanks for sharing this sure-to-be repeated recipe!

YUM!! This was delicious!! I also used 2-3 garlic cloves, left the tomatoes whole but pricked. I also used whole-wheat penne and all freshly grated parmesan because the store didn't have asiago!? This was great - thank you!

Excellent and easy. I (more or less) halved the recipe for the two of us and had it as a vegetarian one-dish meal. My BF wanted seconds so I helped him finish it up:) Too bad there were no leftovers to take to work the next day. I used a pint of grape tomatoes (left the really small ones whole), a 6 ounce bag of spinach, one garlic clove and only 1 teaspoon olive oil. I had planned on cutting back on the cheese, but ended up adding most of it.

5 stars! We really enjoyed this quick simple dinner! The only change I will make next time is to add more garlic and to leave the tomatoes whole. Thanks!

Very, very good! I increased the garlic and subbed romano for the asiago. I also added some quartered bocconcini. I then grilled some chicken breasts seasoned with italian seasoning to the top of this. Excellent. Will definitely make again. Nice, quick, light, flavorful weeknight meal!

This was a nice, easy dish that is great for a busy weeknight. The only modification I made was I used three cloves of garlic and whole wheat penne. I cut down the cheese a little bit and didn't really miss it. Thanks for posting.

We loved this! I didn't have cherry tomatoes so I omitted them and added 2 additional cloves of garlic. I was hesitant at first because we normally prefer a cream sauce with pasta but this was awesome and much lighter but just as flavorful! Thanks for posting!

Very tasty and colorful! I added some sliced fresh mushrooms along with the spinach. I also cooked up some chicken breast in a little olive oil, and sprinkled with some Italian Blend Spice Mix. Removed the chicken from the skillet, then cooked the spinach/tomato/mushroom mixture in the same pan. Picking up the flavors left in the skillet by the chicken and italian seasoning. Sliced the chicken, and served over the top when plating. My husband says "this is a keeper", and I agree!

My family loved this pasta dish. I substituted whole wheat rotini for the penne and added an extra clove of garlic; otherwise, followed the recipe exactly. Served with Grilled Morrocan Chicken #15580 and had a fabulous and easy meal. Thanks!

So simple. I was afraid there wouldn't be enough to this dish. I served it with chicken and everyone loved it. The only thing I did differently was to add two cloves of garlic. Excellent! I already bookmarked it to my favorites.

This was fabulous! I made it for lunch about a week ago, and forgot to review it *blush* Luckily i noticed the picture still in my memory card. I added some teeny bocconcini to it as well, and its so quick to put together.

This recipe was amazing, especially when I realized how little effort I had to put into making it taste great! I used garlic powder instead of cloves since we have loads of it on hand, and the flavor was still excellent. Will definitely be making this again! I would like to try it cold sometime as well if I ever get any leftovers! Thanks for passing this recipe along.

As a beginner cook I found this easy to prepare and nutritious and delicious. Did not have asiago cheese but added thyme + oregano. Just a small nitpick - the garlic took about 10 seconds to brown not 2 minutes at med high heat
