      I've made this dish a few times now. I don't bother with the garnishes, I think it is great with just the sauce. I've used it for both a side dish, and as a light lunch. It' in my 'rotation' now, so it's a keeper!

      Really good! I am allergic to tomatoes so I'm always looking for an alternative. I love artichokes and black olives so I knew I would love this recipe. I went by the recipe except I did add a little of the artichoke marinade and some hot pepper flakes. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!

      I just love the ingredients in this no cook pasta sauce. However, it did turn out a little bland, so I added parmesan and a tad more garlic and olive oil. I made half the batch with 200g of penne (2/5 of a package of 500g) and it was perfect for the 2 of us.

      I tried this recipe last night, but added a can of diced tomatoes with garlic, as the sauce didn't go far enough for 8 people and was kind of dry. It was super-simple though - open jars and pour and since we live on a boat and it's HOT outside, I didn't even heat the "sauce" - I just poured it over the hot pasta. Quite tasty
