Penne With Red Pepper Sauce
- 1 (7 1/4 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) jarragu cheese creations classic alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces penne or 8 ounces ziti pasta, cooked and drained
- In blender or food processor, purée roasted peppers.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat Ragu cheese creation sauce over medium heat.
- Stir in puréed roasted peppers; heat through.
- Toss with hot pasta and garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh basil leaves.
