      Quick and easy! I used Sweet Italian Turkey sausages and stirred the parsley in with the other herbs so it would cook a little. This recipe lends itself to additions, such as mushrooms and maybe shredded mozzarella. Thanks for a keeper. Made for Fall 2012 PAC game.

      Very, very good! To save a few calories & fat, we used turkey sausage. I actually removed the casings & cut into coins before frying. I liked that the sausage got crispy on all sides that way. This is a very simple recipe to prepare but has so much flavour. Makes your kitchen smell amazing, too!

      very good! i think next time i might add some mushrooms next time, and more garlic. i left out the parsley
