1. This has all of the ingredients that we love, but it tends to be rather dry. I followed the recipe precisely and had to add some chicken broth for a little moisture. We had this along with an antipasto. This was the first time I have cooked whole wheat pasta and it wasn't bad at all. I wish I could give this more stars, but it just didn't rock my boat.

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
