This is so delicious and very easy to prepare! It is one of my favorite pasta dishes. The combination of the zesty Gorgonzola pairs perfectly with a little sweetness from honey. Give this a try - you will love it!
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup gorgonzola
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
- Cook penne pasta according to directions on package.
- Drain the pasta and return to pot.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is completely melted.
