  1. Boil pasta according to instructions on package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Whisk in flour. Sauté garlic and celery until tender about 10 minutes. Pour in whiskey and buttermilk. Let reduce for 5 minutes then add cheese. Once cheese is melted, stir in pasta and serve.
