- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb pecan halves (4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Put butter in a large baking pan and set in oven until melted. Add pecans and toss to coat.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, until nuts start to brown.
- Let cool for a minute or two and then toss with remaining ingredients.
