This was from the Telephone Pioneers, MS Chapter #36 and called Bell's Best. I wanted the title to tell me more about what was in it. I like using the egg white as the flavor binder.

OMG i cannot believe no one has ever made and reviewed these delish candy before!!
I came across tonight and instantly was inticed by the ingredient list!!
I had all on hand and made a batch and it was sweet without being overly sweet and light and fluffy from the egg whites and crunchy from the toasted nuts!! you must try.. do not overlook try now and you may be as hooked as i am.. k got to go and eat some more!!!
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1⁄2 cups pecans (or more)
