LOVED IT! I've made this twice now, once as written and once with chocolate chips on top. Both ways are delicious. I sprinkled a little course salt on top of the one without chocolate chips. Took these (without the chocolate) on vacation in an air-tight container and their texture and flavor stayed true for three weeks. (I only let myself eat one a day - very hard to do!)

My mom made this to give out to friends and family as well as business clients. Everyone loved them! Two individuals from different companies asked for the recipe! It's easy, quick, and goes over very well indeed.

Delicious cookie/candy bars!!! I made 1/2 of the recipe as I am the only one in our family that likes pecans. This was so quick and easy to make but wonderful combination from the crunch of the graham cracker, the the sweet creamy/chewy toffee and then again the crunch from the pecans. Will definitely add some of these for the xmas cookie tray. Thanks for sharing FolkDiva!! Made for photo tag!!
