A very old fashioned recipe that is always a crowd pleaser.
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar dried beef, chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Saute pecans in butter.
- Mix well with remaining ingredients.
- Bake in small casserole dish or pan for 20 minutes at 350.
- Serve on party rye or various crackers.
