Reviews

  1. Looking for a snowball or wedding cookie to round out my holiday trays when I chanced upon this recipe. Loved the use of pecans instead of the more common walnut or almond. Initally my dough was was a bit dry but after chilling it firmed up nicely. The cookies themselves were wonderful rich but light and delicate. They were a bit oilier other similar so I might use one tablespoon of butter.
