this recipe is awesome. it's just like the one my mom made when I was little. she'd let me make the dough because it was so simple. anyways, these are good. I use a mini muffin pan and get quite a few little delicious tarts. seriously like 100 times better than store bought.people found this review Helpful. I made these for Thanksgiving. I wasn't sure what tart tins were and bought some at Bed Bath and Beyond but I think they were bigger than the ones called for in the recipe. I only was able to make 6 tarts. I cut them in fourths though and they were a HIT. My family LOVED the crust and so did I!people found this review Helpful. truly excellent - I made them in a muffin tin and they worked out fine. The crust ended up being a bit too thick, but I think that was my doing. In any event, a tasty crust, having the cream cheese, etc. everybody raved - said it tasted just like 'the real thing' in spite of no corn syrup - I may try to make a big pie with this filing recipe, see how it goes.people found this review Helpful.
