These tasted good, but they were a gooey, sticky mess to cut and plate. I let the individual pieces sit overnight on parchment paper because they were sticking to the platter and the next day I was able to plate them up. They were better a couple of days after they were made. I cooked for 15/35 minutes and used 2 cups pecans.

Made these as one of my new Christmas treats--made exactly as written. Have already had 2 requests for the recipe and another batch. These are fabulous.

Used the yellow cake mix, unsalted butter & toasted pecans when making this recipe & had A VERY NICE TASTE TREAT! Thanks for a great keeper of a rercipe ~ Will definitely be making these again! [Tagged, made & reviewed as part of my And the Winner Is theme in My-3-Chefs]
