Pecan Pie Squares

ingredients

• 473.18 ml flour
• 118.29 ml powdered sugar
• 236.59 ml butter
• 3 eggs
• 236.59 ml corn syrup
• 236.59 ml sugar
• 29.58 ml butter
• 4.92 ml vanilla
• 0.61 ml cinnamon
• 0.61 ml salt
• 295.73 ml chopped pecans

directions

1. In large bowl, sift together flour and powdered sugar.
2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
3. Press onto bottom of greased 13x9 baking pan.
4. In another bowl, beat eggs.
5. Beat in rest of ingredients except pecans.
6. Stir in chopped pecans.
7. Pour over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
8. Let cool before cutting.

This was very easy to make and tasted delicious. I lined the pan with aluminum foil which I greased to make clean up easier. It also made it very easy to take the bars out of the pan without them breaking apart. Great flavour!
