This was actually pretty good! I wanted to make a lemon cream pie but had no graham crackers. The taste is different, but it's still quite good. I'll definitely keep this in mind when my celiac sister-in-law comes calling!

I used it instead of the included crust to make a box mix of lemon squares gluten free. Excellent!

Absolutely delicious!!! I have filled it with pumpkin pie filling and chocolate chess pie filling and both versions were loved by all. This is also a delicious gluten free pie crust alternative.

This crust was absolutely delicious. My husband and son just loved it. After preparing it, I filled it with a strawberry fluff type filling and chilled the pie...Yum yum...
