Pecan pie you can eat with your hands!!!

  1. Mix sugar, margarine, 1 t. vanilla, and 1 egg.
  2. Stir in flour and press into
  3. bottom and ½ inch up sides of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
  4. Bake until edges
  5. are brown at 350 (about 10-15 minutes). Mix brown sugar, corn syrup,
  6. vanilla, and eggs.
  7. Stir in pecans and pour over crust and bake 25-30
  8. minutes.
  9. Loosen edges from pan, let cool and cut into bars.
