- 1 cup pecans, minced
- 1 tablespoon raisins, minced
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 piece vanilla bean (1 inch)
- 2 cups boiled water (allow to cool to lukewarm temp)
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor. Store in clean jar in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
