Another recipe from TACA website. These are the best chicken nuggets I've ever had, my kids love them! Gluten-free, this recipe can also be made with Almond meal. I have to double this recipe for my three kids!

  1. Beat eggs and water in a small bowl. Mix pecan meal & spices in a medium bowl.
  2. Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then pecan meal mixture. Fry in skillet until no longer pink.
