I came up with this recipe when making a pumpkin cheesecake..Just adds a little more flavor and texture.

  1. Smash graham crackers in pkg and add to food processor, add in brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans and process to crumb size.
  2. Drizzle in melted butter until starts to clump together.
  3. Dump into pan for cheesecake, and press into shape.
  4. Will make 1 generous 10" crust.
