Pecan Candy Rolls

ingredients

• 4.92 ml vanilla
• 1.23 ml almond extract
• 212.62 g marshmallow cream
• 828.06 ml powdered sugar
• 680.38 g caramels
• 29.58 ml water
• 453.59 g pecans, broken, chopped

directions

1. Mix extracts with marshmallow cream and add powdered sugar and knead well.
2. Using your hands to form small rolls.
3. Dip rolls in melted caramel and roll in pecans or peanuts.
4. Chill and wrap in plastic wrap.
