this is a favoirte of my mom..remember her bring the rolls home from STUCKEY'S..
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- 7 1⁄2 ounces marshmallow cream
- 3 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1⁄2 lbs caramels
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 lb pecans, broken, chopped
- Mix extracts with marshmallow cream and add powdered sugar and knead well.
- Using your hands to form small rolls.
- Dip rolls in melted caramel and roll in pecans or peanuts.
- Chill and wrap in plastic wrap.
