Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
  3. Work the butter and vanilla into flour mixture.
  4. Add 2 cups of the chopped pecans.
  5. Mix well and shape into 1 inch balls.
  6. Roll each ball into the remaining nuts to coat.
  7. Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet, middle rack for 25 minutes.
