- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter (softened) or 1 cup margarine (softened)
- 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted)
directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until creamy. Store in the refrigerator.
- Note: If you don't want chunks of nuts, just pulse the nuts in your food processor till it is finely ground. I did it like this, was great!

I love baking and have a major sweet tooth but I am trying to cook more savoury foods and I am enjoying trying new recipes.
