"Christmas Cookie"

ingredients

• 1 cup soft butter
• 1⁄2 cup sifted powdered sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups finely chopped pecans

directions

1. Cream butter and powdered sugar together.
2. Add vanilla.
3. Add flour, salt, and pecans.
4. Blend well.
5. Chill.
6. Shape into small balls.
7. Bake @ 300 for 12 - 15 minutes.
8. Roll in powder sugar while still warm.
