- 236.59 ml pecans (chopped)
- 236.59 ml cooked brown rice
- 236.59 ml fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
- 14.79-29.58 ml whole grain wheat flour
- 2 stalk celery (chopped)
- 14.79-29.58 ml parsley (chopped)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 236.59 ml water
directions
- Combine all ingredients and shape into 3-inch patties.
- Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 350-degree pre-heated oven for about 40- 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
