This was a really simple and delicious way to jazz up peas! (Once when I made this, I didn't have lemons, so I substituted limes. Also tasty!)

Delicieux! The lemon and tarragon combination is wonderful in this but I love both ingredients and love peas too-my kind of food! I made as posted except reduced the salt by half. Served with Melt in Your Mouth Lemon Chicken, Sugar Glazed Kumara ( Sweet Potato ), and Light Pineapple Mousse. Thanks *Parsley* for sharing. Made during my French jaunt with Chow Hounds as part of ZWT5.

The fresh tarragon and lemon juice just made this dish. I'm not a great fan of frozen peas but they worked well here. I didn't add any salt but used No-Salt seasoning instead. I think this would be great with fresh broccoli too. Thanks for sharing.

I loved the tarragon in this! I don't think kids would like this, but it was wonderful with fish. Thanks for sharing!

This is a really great way to easily spice up some up something as simple as peas without taking away their natural delicious fresh flavor. Thanks for sharing!

Tarragon is one of my favourite herbs. It worked very well on the peas. Lemon is always a nice bright note as well. Good side dish. Thanks Parsley.

This was simple and easy. It was different enough that I appreciated it but not so different that the kids turned up thier noses. I am sure we will make this again maybe with a different spice.

We really enjoyed these last night! Gave me an opportunity to use the fresh tarragon from my herb garden. Simple but full of flavor! Made for ZWT5 family picks!

This was a nice way to have peas, although I think mine may have been a little overcooked. Peas are so finicky! :) I will prolly cook them only for 4 minutes next time. Made for ZWT5, for the Groovy GastroGnomes.

This was an interesting twist on your regular peas. I am a big pea lover and the reason this is not getting 5 stars is that I guess I just love them plain and slightly cooked. Made for ZWT5

Easy and tasty! This was a nice way to jazz up our peas! I did the peas in the micro because I had other things going and didn't want to add to my cooktop, but they turned out fine and were great. Thanks for a keeper recipe!! ZWT3.

I liked this a lot. I find that tarragon is an acquired taste for many people and a little goes a long way. I'm still getting to know the flavours of this herb better and very much enjoy experimenting with recipes that contain it. That said, I couldn't yet eat this in large quantities or too often. Better to savour the flavour and not over do it. Please see my rating system: 3 stars for a recipe that I enjoyed a lot but am still getting used to as a flavour. Thanks!

These were simply delicious. Just the right amounts of every ingredient to add a little interest and pep but not so much it's overbearing. Really brightened up our plates at supper too. Thanks for sharing this with us. Yummy!

These were so easy to make and a nice way to dress up frozen peas. I used the dried tarragon as we just got back in town, and I was cooking from the freezer and pantry. I really want to try these peas with the fresh herb, as I didn't love the flavor of the dried tarragon. Otherwise, these peas were winners. Both kids ate them which is definitely saying something. Made for Zaar World Tour III.

I absolutely love these! The flavors are an excellent accompaniment to the peas. I didn't have lemon peel on hand so added a bit more lemon juice and used dried tarragon. I will definitely use this again! Thanks!
