This is a super simple recipe you can make during the week that's tasty too. Recipe courtesy of Taste of Home December/January 2012 and Celeste Brantolino of Lenoir, North Carolina.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a Dutch oven, cook fettuccine according to package directions, adding the peas during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  4. Add milk and cream cheese and cook and stir until blended.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in prosciutto and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drain fettuccine and peas and toss with sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with pepper.
