Pear halves topped with peppermint chocolate pudding and toppings.
- 1 (8 ounce) can pear halves, drained
- 1⁄8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 0.5 (17 1/2 ounce) can prepared chocolate pudding (1 cup)
- 1⁄2 cup whipped topping
- 2 maraschino cherries
- Place 2 pear halves in each dessert dish. Stir peppermint extract into pudding; spoon on pears. Garnish with dollop o fwhipped topping and maraschino cherry or mint leaf.
