  • 14 avocado, peeled and seeded


  1. Process in a food processor using the "s" blade until smooth.

Nice mellowed pear flavour with just a slight avocado taste and smoothness. I used a Beurré Bosc pear. And my tiny blender was prefect for 1 serving. I would make this again! Made for Special Event ~ Adopt a Veggie Tag!
