Pear Smoothie

I didn't care for this. I'm not sure whether my pear was just "bland", or it was just my tastes. I'm not gonna rate it, because since others rated it so high, i'm gonna guess it was my pear, or me. Maybe a higher quality pear? Maybe i just like chocolate too much?

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 medium ripe pear (bartlett or anjou)
  • 12 cup crushed ice
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup apple juice
  • 12 cup milk (I use 2%)


  1. Peel pear and cut in pieces.
  2. Put in blender.
  3. Add apple juice and cinnamon.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add ice.
  6. Blend until mixed.
  7. With blender running, add milk.
  8. Blend until foamy.
  9. Serve immediately.
