Raw diet friendly.
- 6 ripe pears, cored and roughly chopped
- 2 bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
- water (optional)
- 2 -3 ice cubes (optional)
- Blend until creamy then serve. Add water or ice cubes if the mixture is too thick.
Made this a little different from what the recipe gives, in that I left out the water & ice cubes & used frozen bananas to give it a frosty chill! The pears I used were large, but I still needed a little more liquid, so used some pear juice that I had in the fridge when I drained the liquid from a can of pears I used earlier in a bread pudding I made!
