I got this recipe from Cooking Light. It's wonderful! Try it with baked chicken or fish.
- 2 cups shredded peeled golden delicious apples
- 1 cup peeled and shredded bartlett pear
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
