Try it and you will love it. I would like to have a cup of warm ginger tea in winter, and a cup of cold ginger tea in summer.
- 2 cups shred pears (Asian pear or any kind of pear)
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 liter water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tablespoons shred fresh ginger
- Put everything in a medium pot and cook about 30 minutes at medium heat.
