  1. Toss the pears with sugar and flour. Combine sour cream and vanilla, add to pear mixture and mix well. Pour into the pie shell. Mix the remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pears. Bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes more or until the pears are tender.
