- 1⁄3 cup fresh cranberries
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 bartlett pears, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon orange rind, grated
- Combine first three ingredients in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over medium low heat 25 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in sugar and rind. Cool to room temperature.
