Fruity, sweet everyday milk drink!

I loved this fruity milk shake. I love that it's low-calorie, yet plenty thick and sweet. I made one change and used 1 teaspoon honey + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in place of the sugars, otherwise as written. Delicious for my breakfast this morning! Thanks, Amanda! Made for PAC Fall 2008.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 12 ounces milk
  • 1 tablespoon light cream
  • 12 pear, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into a balloon shaped glass.
