Peanut butter, apples and graham crackers, where could this go wrong? A healthier version of a s'more because there is no marshmallows or chocolate.
- Core and cube the apple.
- Place into small baking pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Spread peanut butter over apples.
- Bake at 400 F for 8 minutes.
- Spoon onto graham cracker and enjoy.
