- 4 large tuna steaks
- canola oil (as needed)
- dry roasted peanuts (chopped, as needed)
- fresh toasted breadcrumb (as needed)
- Heat broiler.
- Brush tuna with oil.
- Coat with an even mixture of peanuts and crumbs.
- Broil until golden.
