Peanut Satay Sauce

"This differs from my other peanut sauce. I like this one because it's pureed until smooth in the food processor and it doesn't contain coconut milk like my other one."

ingredients

• 29.58 ml peanut butter
• 29.58 ml tamari soy sauce
• 14.79 ml soy sauce
• 14.79 ml sesame oil
• 14.79 ml lime juice or 14.79 ml lemon juice
• 1.23 ml garlic powder
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 29.58 ml flat leaf parsley, chopped
• 0.25 ml salt

directions

1. Blend all ingredients until nice and smooth in food processor. If mixture it too thick, thin out with a bit more tamari sauce or water to taste.
2. Can be made ahead of time, store in fridge until ready to use. Serve with chicken or beef satay.
