"This is a good side dish to go with a spicy chicken bake or Thai chicken salad wraps. Or just eating plain!"

ingredients

• 78.78 ml peanut butter
• 59.14 ml white wine vinegar (you can also use rice vinegar)
• 44.37 ml oil
• 29.58 ml soy sauce, add more to taste
• 14.79 ml sugar
• 2 garlic cloves, add more to taste
• 0.25 ml cayenne

directions

1. Mix in bowl and add to cooked rice.
