This is a good side dish to go with a spicy chicken bake or Thai chicken salad wraps. Or just eating plain!
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar (you can also use rice vinegar)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, add more to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, add more to taste
- 1 dash cayenne
- Mix in bowl and add to cooked rice.
