This is great to serve with kebabs. From Madhur Jaffery. She also says this is great in a ham and cheese sandwich.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- This the sauce by adding about 4 teaspoons of water.
GREAT, GREAT AS A DIP! I'd made a triple batch of this, fully intending to have it as a sandwich spread with sliced turkey or ham, but instead used most of it as a dip! This sweet peanuty sauce is delicious and really is perfect with beef satay. The second time I made it I added a few drops of sesame oil which I thought added an interesting flavour. Easy to play around with and quick to make... I'll definitely be making this again. Thank you, susie cooks!
I made this as directed but added 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce. I did add a few tablespoons of water. We loved it as a dipping sauce for vegetarian chicken nuggets.
