A yummy dessert that my family enjoys.
- 3 cups cold skim milk
- 1 (2 1/8 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding and mix.
- Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
- Top with Cool Whip if desired.
This was good! I think I'd prefer it with a little more peanut butter. Made for 1-2-3-4 Hit Wonders.
Yum! Annacia was right: I'm one of those people who loves that peanutty flavor. I love the balance of salty and sweet and how the peanut butter thickens the pudding a little bit as well. Delicious! Thank you for posting!
I enjoyed this but to be honest I found the peanut butter to be stronger than I would have preferred. 2 Tbsp is the amount that I use when adding PB to my puddings. I use only natural PB from the local whole foods store that has no added sweetening or fat. Perhaps that is why the taste is stronger? The recipe works very well and I know that there will be many, many folks who will love the increased peanut goodness.
