A dip for fresh fruits and vegetables
- Combine all ingredients until well blended.
Great dip for celery and carrots! I made a smaller amount, using the measurements as a guide, and I used plain yogurt, more vanilla, and some smooth and some crunchy peanut butter. It's also good with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar mixed in! I bet this would be good with apples, too. I'm not usually a fan of raw celery, but with this dip, it's quite good!
I'm surprised this was only rated 4 stars by others... We loved this! My 6 and 4 year old both thought it was wonderful! We ate it with apples, bananas, carrots, celery, pretzels, and graham crackers. I also made it for a baby shower and everyone raved about it and I passed the recipe out to many. It is a nice healthy dip recipe too, which is a bonus in my book.
My kids don't care for it much, but it really sounded good and I thought they would.
