I made it without the optional peanuts. I'm sure it would be great but I didn't have any to add. I used a little bit of cinnamon. I made my own condensed milk and used it in this recipe. It was great. The sauce was great on vanilla ice cream. Thanks Muffin Goddess :) Made for PAC Spring 2012

I didn't think 1/3 cup of pb would result in a strong enough peanut butter flavor for me, but holy cow! This stuff is fantastic!!!

Really tasty!
My kids really liked it on their ice cream, while I tried it on bananas. Great treat. Bet it would super on pancakes!
Thanks for posting.

OMG - is this Heaven??!!
I did thin this out with a bit of water as it was super thick - the cinnamon puts this OVER the top! Cannot wait to try this on my peanut butter loving FIL!

What a great recipe this is! Who needs ice cream?.... you could eat it right out of the jar. I'm not a great fan of peanut butter, but this is definately worth making. And I think it's the cinnamon that makes it! (Don't leave that part out)

OMG this is wonderful! The peanut butter lovers in my family are going to love this at our 4th of July barbeque. Of course I will have to make another batch cuz the one I just made will never last until then. I could have eaten it with a spoon right out of the pan.Oh, I did not add the cinnamon. Thank you Muffin Goddess for another addition to my tryed and liked cookbook.

Great sauce - easy to make! Make for ZWT III 2007. I wanted to make a lower fat version of this so I omitted the peanuts and substituted a fat free peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk. Tasted great!

Boy was this good!! I loved it on my ice cream sundae, both by itself and with Decadent Fudge Sauce on it too. It was also good with apples. YUM! I used the peanuts but didn't use the cinnamon. Thanks for sharing!
