peanut butter, honey, ricotta cheese....tastes great on apple slices, grahm crackers, rice cakes, bananas, etc
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- Place all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator up to a week.
Are you kidding me??!!! This was absolutely gross! And mine still looked like ricotta cheese, it didn't look like the photo. I keep looking at the recipe to see if I did anything wrong. Nope! Sorry, It's gross!
