I made it exactly as posted and thought it was ok, but I just had to tinker with it a bit. I added a bit of sesame oil and soy sauce and then I thickened it up with some extra peanut butter and I liked it a whole lot more. I didn't eat it with mixed salad greens, we dipped our spring rolls in it. Thanks for the recipe! It was easy to change to suite our tastes!
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
