Interesting flavor! I used less Eggbeaters as well since I'm not the biggest fan of eggs! (but love how healthy they are!). I also added cinnamon & Splenda to the batter, and used natural PB. Thank u for sharing!

I made this for my boys for lunch the other day. I followed the recipe as written other then I added pepper to the eggs. I used regular tortillas instead of wheat as that is what I had on hand. The kids enjoyed them.

this was actually pretty good! LOL I think the eggs need *something* not sure what yet, maybe cayenne or balsamic vinegar. This was a good, easy, portable breakfast that I'll be making again

Well, I tried it...and liked it too! This is healthy and warm and creamy, and I'm sure I'll make it again, although I still prefer grilled PB and J. I bet this would be great adding some sugar free preserves though! I added some cinnamon and Splenda to mine this first time.
